Thorncroft is committed to helping individuals of all abilities heal, grow and develop through the use of 24 instructors, over 30 horses, 2 indoor arenas on 70 acres of open space.
Thorncroft Equestrian Center (a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization), located in Malvern, PA, is one of the oldest therapeutic equestrian centers in the United States. We specialize in riding instruction for children and adults with mental, emotional and physical disabilities. We also provide lessons for able-bodied beginner through intermediate dressage and hunter-jumper riders. We have an active scholarship program for students who may benefit from but are not able to afford the programs offered by Thorncroft.
Returning after a sold out clinic in 2019, estemeed clinician, author, and equine educator Sharon Wilsie will return to Thorncroft on Sunday, April 19, 2020 from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. *Update January 23, 2020.* All spots have been filled.
